Return Policy
Returns are acceptable on items that have not been worn, altered or washed, and all tags attached. Items need to come back in their original manufacturer packaging (i.e. Petit Bateau’s tee boxes, etc.) or you may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Full priced items are refundable.
- Sale items (marked as such and purchased product price on invoice ends in .50) is returnable for store credit only. Store credits are redeemable for 12 months after issued.
- Clearance items (purchased product price on invoice ends in .99) is FINAL SALE.
Return requests need to be made within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
Please note:

For sanitary and hygiene purposes, we are no longer accepting returns on any undergarments from toddler, kids, and women clothing.
- We do not refund shipping and handling charges except if we made an incorrect shipment.
Items bought through a promotion:
If you are returning a part of the purchase you did during a promotion or discount, you will receive a store credit for the part of the total you actually paid.

1. E-mail us for Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) #:
Click here to complete a return request.
Include in the e-mail:
- Order #, name, and zip code.
- Specific list of items being returned.
- Reason for the return.
- Have an exchange wish? Please let us know what you would like to exchange for. If the exchange is higher than what you paid for, we will need you to call us for your credit card information.
2. When you receive the RMA #, send the items (please make sure you reviewed the policy) with a copy of your invoice to:

We recommend that you send your package with a delivery confirmation.
It can take 1 to 2 weeks for a return to be credited back to your credit card.
