How do I return an item?
We are accepting returns only within 30 days of purchase.
We are not accepting returns for washed, worn or altered merchandise.
Items purchased on sale are returnable for a store credit only.
- Items purchased in clearance are final sales (not returnable). This notice is written on the product page.
- No refund on gifts, exchange only.
- Store credit are redeemable for 12 months, after issue.
- No price adjustment on previous purchases.
Packages refused by the recipient at the delivery or non-delivered because of a wrong address given by the customer, will be charged 20% restocking fee or resend at customer's expense.
Return Procedure:
1. Ask for a RAN (Return Authorization Number):
- The reason for your return.
- Your invoice number and your name or zip code.
- The list of items you are returning.
- Your exchange wishes (we don't charge any extra shipping fees for an exchange).
We will send you a RAN.
The merchadise must be sent back to us within a week after the RAN number has been given. Returns made after a week will be subject to 20% restocking fee.
2. Send the return item in its original package, with tag attached, and a copy of your invoice to:

with mail delivery confirmation.
Put the RAN on the box. If the RAN number is missing on the package, it may be refused.
We recommend that you send your package with a delivery confirmation.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
It can take 4 to 6 weeks for a return to be credited back to your credit card.
Return Restrictions:
We don't accept returns:
- After 30 days of purchase.
- Without a RAN. Such returns will be delayed and subject to a 20% restocking fee with a minimum of $10.00 and store credit only.
- No returns will be processed without a copy of invoices.
- On washed and worn merchandise.
- On Petit Bateau items without the original manufacturer's packaging.
- On merchandise without tags.
- Shipping and handling fees are not refundable except if TrendyChic.com did an incorrect shipment.
About Incentive Purchases and Returns:
If you are returning a part of the purchase you did during a promotion or discount, you will receive a credit for the part of the total you actually paid. For example:
- Free shipping for $100.00 purchase:
If you return items making your total under $100.00, the shipping charge will be subtracted from your return.
